Relationship Therapy: Couple & Individuals

Relationships can be challenging, whether you’re struggling with trust issues, communication problems, affairs (online or in-person), intimacy concerns, or coping with separation or divorce. I offer support for couples and individuals to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen relationships.

I also work with second families, helping them adjust to new dynamics, and support those dealing with self-esteem, depression, and stress.
